What this one is actually like.
An anniversary has two honorees rather than one, which changes what a contribution looks like: most people have photographs of one of them, and the pictures with both in are rarer than anyone expects.
The guest list is already written. It is the wedding guest list, forty years older, and the people still on it have known the couple for the whole of it.
It is the only occasion here that recurs on a known date. A twenty-fifth tells you exactly when the fiftieth is.
The wedding album is one photographer's record of one day. The forty years since are on other people's phones, in other people's albums, and nowhere together.
One link. Everyone adds their piece.
Send one link to the group you are already in. People add photos, notes, a voice message from the car — no accounts, nothing to download. You approve what goes in. We compose it into a single work, print it on archival stock, and send it to the person the occasion is about.

- How long to give people
- Two weeks. This group has done this before and moves quickly.
- How many usually contribute
- Ten to twenty. Children and their partners contribute at the highest rate.
- What to ask them for
- The photograph you have of the two of them, and where it was taken. Ask for the ordinary ones — the wedding pictures are already accounted for.

Each one sets how many people can add to it, and the largest size you can order. Choose any size up to that — the price is for the piece, not the inches.
