Shipping & returns

Pieces ship within five business days of you approving the artwork. Add transit on top of that — two to five days within the US, longer elsewhere.

The part that varies is not the printing. It is how long the people you invited take to add their contributions, which is why we suggest two weeks for a family and three for a workplace, and why the link should go out the day you decide rather than the week of the event.

Tell us the date it has to be there and we work back from it. If we cannot make it, we say so before you pay rather than after.

Free shipping within the US on orders over $150. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. International rates are shown at checkout before payment.

We remake it. Send a photograph of the piece as it arrived to support@memory.art and we will start the replacement — you do not need to send the first one back.

Because every piece is composed from one specific set of photographs and notes, it cannot be resold, so we do not take returns on a piece that arrived as approved. If the artwork is not what you approved, that is a remake and not a return.
